Alpine Ski Club is a private ski and snowboard club in the Blue Mountains, situated on a total of 384 acres of unique terrain with modern amenities and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Generations of Alpine members come together to build enduring relationships and nurture memories centered upon a shared passion for a healthy, active, and fulfilling lifestyle.

The Club

Alpine Ski Club’s stunning modern clubhouse is surrounded by diverse terrain overlooking Georgian Bay, and home to a welcoming and vibrant social scene.

Our Hill

Perfectly groomed slopes for Collingwood ski and snowboard enthusiasts, we have the dynamic and varied terrain you’ll want to ride this season.

Guests

Alpine Ski Club is happy to welcome guests of members as well as winter groups to enjoy a taste of the club life here on the Escarpment.

Alpine Ski Club offers an unparalleled event experience, for members and visitors alike, in our stunning 45,000 square foot modern and luxurious clubhouse.

Governance

Alpine Ski Club is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the members of the Club and whose responsibility is to manage the affairs of the Club.

It’s been a busy month on the hill! ⏩ Swipe through for some of the highlights ⏩

❄️ Phase 3 of our snowmaking automation project is making great progress, with all new pipe now laid out in the newly dug trench. We’ll be working on initial flushing of debris from the pipes in preparation for TSSA’s upcoming inspection to assess the pipe’s integrity and ensure it’s ready for the next phase of the project.

🎿 Doppelmayr also paid us a visit this month to complete some of our critical routine testing on lift parts across the hill.

With August closing in, we’re inching closer and closer to everyone’s favourite time of year and we’re committed to making this next season another one for the books!

We’re seeking an experienced accountant to join our team in a full-time, year-round capacity. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive work environment with a welcoming community that is passionate about skiing, snowboarding, and enjoying the great outdoors.

What qualifications should you have?
🎿 Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
🎿 3 years of progressive accounting experience
🎿 Strong knowledge of payroll, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
🎿 Proficiency with accounting software, Excel and cloud-based tools
🎿 Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
